The specific scope of services provided will be outlined in a separate written agreement (e.g., a Listing Agreement or Legal Representation Agreement) signed by both parties.
Please note that while John McConnin is a licensed California Attorney and Broker, the use of this website does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only formed after a formal, written engagement agreement is signed.

Our advertised $10,000 flat listing fee covers the specific services outlined in our standard Listing Agreement. Prices and service offerings are subject to change without notice, though any signed agreement will lock in the agreed-upon rate.
5. Partner Network
Outside of California, we may refer you to our network of trusted partner real estate agents or attorneys. While we strive to connect you with highly qualified professionals, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party partners.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Listing Attorney and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services.
